SENIOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Lead the execution and supervision of civil construction works across all project phases, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards. Review and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings, ensuring constructability and alignment with project requirements. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of civil works on-site. Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues to prevent delays and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and review method statements, work procedures, and construction sequences, ensuring efficient and safe execution of site activities. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards, addressing any issues related to permits or inspections. Oversee concrete works, earthworks, formwork, steel reinforcement, and finishing works, ensuring workmanship and material quality. Manage site resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost control. Conduct technical evaluations and provide engineering input for procurement of materials and subcontractor packages. Support project planning and reporting, including progress tracking, risk identification, and preparing daily and weekly site reports for senior management.
