SENIOR SITE MANAGER

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications. Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring efficient coordination and high productivity. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings. Monitor project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project managers to ensure alignment on technical matters, work quality, and schedule milestones. Review and validate construction drawings, method statements, and work programs, ensuring constructability and accuracy before implementation. Manage site logistics, including resource planning, material delivery schedules, and equipment allocation for smooth operations. Conduct regular progress meetings, update stakeholders on site status, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Handle quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets contract specifications and rectifying any non-conformities. Mentor and train site staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and excellence in project delivery.
