INDUSTRIAL AND PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Experience and knowledge on ASME Standard Code that cover design and fabrication. Experience and knowledge on API Standard Code that govern the continued operation, Inspection and repair. Experience in production field such as welding, WPS, Metallurgy, Mateial and NDT. Knowledge specialize projects for Hydrogen/Ammonia reformers/ Cracker, Furnaces and Cold Collector . Industrial and Production Engineer responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety codes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various administrative tasks. Should be an independent thinker and keen problem-solver. Outstanding production engineers are able to diagnose problems, train staff, and provide effective recommendations. To study and understand the AFC drawings of the Reformer Project assigned by the Production Manager Interact with the Project Engineer and obtain the Project schedule, Cutting plans and review the material arrival status. Interact with QA/QC Department to obtain the Project ITP, WPS and relevant work procedures. Prepare the Production Plan and Inspection Schedule to improve the flow of the production. Drive & Guide the workforce at the shop to perform production by work allocation. Provide the necessary resources and information to the shop floor to perform the work. Resources such as Machinery, Tools, Consumables, Materials. Information such as AFC drawing, ITP, WPS, Procedure and Work Instructions. Resolve any issues pertaining to the resources and information required. To monitor the work progress and check the quality of work done. To ensure the man power are effectively utilized and avoid/minimize idle time of workers. Handling budget and expenditure. To ensure the necessary actions taken for production of each component given in the AFC drawing, it’s assembly, testing, painting, packing and dispatch. To periodically review works progress vs planned schedule with Project Engineer and initiate actions required to achieve the planned schedule.
