• The primary objective is to train all staff and to develop the skills and ability of these staff to handle guest situations properly in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with the Concorde Hotel Shah Alam policies and procedures. • To control the direction and implementation of the training plan to optimize the security and improvement of human resources. • To act in the capacity of sub-department head as a trouble shooter to the guests, thereby continually working toward the betterment of guest contact and guest satisfaction. • To ensure the continuity of high standards of beverage service throughout the hotel. • To give maximum care to the maintenance of the physical assets in all beverage outlets in order to keep them in the best functional conditions. • Participates in establishing the annual beverage budget. • Ensures that budget goals given are attained allowing the realization of the department profit. • Will participate in the concept development of the Food & Beverage outlet. • Prepares beverage analysis, market observation reports, feasibility studies and beverage comparisons.
