  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Scope & Responsibilities: Collect and compile daily truck movement records, including departure time, route, arrival time, and delivery status. Update transport data into system or spreadsheet for tracking and reporting purposes. Monitor GPS tracking system for all company trucks, verify trip records, and highlight any route deviations. Check and record diesel consumption data based on GPS and fueling reports. Identify abnormal fuel usage or movement patterns and report to the operations or safety team. Key in daily spare parts usage for each truck into the tracking system or spreadsheet. Cross-check spare parts usage with workshop records to ensure accuracy and traceability. Track truck maintenance schedules, including service intervals, tyre changes, brake servicing, etc. Alert operations/workshop team for upcoming or overdue maintenance based on mileage, date, or condition. Assist in preparing reports for safety audits, fuel analysis, maintenance records, and internal reviews. Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date. Liaise with drivers and workshop personnel to clarify or confirm trip and maintenance details. Support the safety and maintenance team with relevant reports for investigations or performance tracking. Maintain confidentiality of all fleet, driver, and maintenance data.
