Key Responsibilities: Direct and supervise promoters in daily sales activities and inventory management. Handle and manage all sales-related tasks in the Central Region (KL & Selangor). Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain a CRM database to strengthen customer relationships. Research and identify potential clients and generate quality sales leads. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly with effective solutions. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and inventory orders. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and improve overall performance. Attend monthly meetings at HQ in Taiping. Requirements: Diploma or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Willing to travel within the assigned region and attend monthly HQ meetings.
