Implement data management strategies and regular backup procedures to safeguard critical information and ensure business continuity. Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide strategic technological solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures for future reference and audit purposes. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT management and administration, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong technical skills in hardware, software, networks, and security. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
