LEAD PROJECT & PLANNING SPECIALIST

Develop and manage comprehensive construction project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate all project phases, including design, procurement, site execution, and handover, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and client requirements. Lead cross-functional teams—including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors—promoting effective communication and collaboration across disciplines. Oversee project scheduling and resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work quality, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project scope or quality. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive handling of construction delays, design changes, or safety hazards. Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, change orders, RFIs, and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle. Track and report project performance metrics, ensuring alignment with planned scope, timelines, and technical specifications. Conduct project close-out and post-construction evaluations, capturing lessons learned and recommending improvements for future projects
