Sales & Operation Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales objectives and strategies. • Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams. • Responsibility of manage inventory, production schedules and logistics by using MAPS System. • Ensuring the resources are available to meet production demands. • Monitor real-time production data to make adjustment as necessary. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and order patterns. • Develop production plans that align with sales forecasts and inventory levels. • Collaborate across department to meet production requirement effectively and provide feedback or updates to the Management. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for production. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and order patterns. • Involved with ISO 9001 2015 documentation. • Handle office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files. • Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as filling, records and supplier documentation • Shall do ad-hoc task and ability to work independent and under pressure.
