Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms. Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing materials. Offline Marketing: Manage traditional marketing channels, including print, outdoor advertising, events, and in-store promotions. Coordinate roadshows, pop-up stores, and other physical events. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategy. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitors. Use data to refine marketing strategies and target campaigns effectively. Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns with a strong return on investment (ROI). Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development, and operations) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Proven experience managing successful online and offline marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and email marketing software. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
