1. Responsible for 3 entities routine checking, updating, and preparing the attendance data and report accurate and timely via the HR reporting dashboard. 2. Responsible for 3 entities routine monitoring and update in the HR reporting dashboard of employment contract status 2 months from its end for management deliberation. The monitoring covers the short-terms employment contract, compulsory retirement, conversion from short term to permanent status, staff confirmation, and absenteeism. 3. Responsible for coordinating filing system of HR, registration of newly joined employees, staff ID and activities related to on-boarding processes of 3 entities. 4. Responsible to perform clerical roles in upkeep confidential matters ranging from staff particulars data protection, personnel administration, employees’ relations, organizational transformation, sensitivity of evidence, disciplinary cases and other information being classified as Private & Confidential with full integrity. 5. Responsible for checking, follow up and update the HR monitoring dashboard in 14 days basis on 3 entities actual attendance performance between “on time” VS “late coming” and staff leaves data for staff attendance & staff leaves that contribute to absenteeism – MC / Unpaid MC / Emergency Leave / Abscond due to no leave apply or not coming to work and associated leaves that contributes towards man-days lost. 6. Responsible to carry out HR business partner roles by engaging departmental level or production team in providing necessary knowledge sharing on basis of overtime computation, allowances pay out and other elements that associated with payroll process. 7. Responsible to gather and update through the monthly OT report [in hours spent] VS OT compliance for management consumption. 8. Responsible for partnering with the IR Unit in establishing monthly MC monitoring, trends and cost related to it on a monthly basis.
