  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and optimize our product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official website.
  • Plan and execute online sales strategies to increase traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and deliver actionable insights to drive performance.
  • Coordinate online promotions, festive campaigns, and flash sales that excite and convert.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Experience, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery, top-notch support, and strong digital branding.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to ensure we lead the way.
  • Generate regular reports for internal review and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
  • Confident in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and also collaborate cross-functionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
