Room Attendant & Housekeeping Singapore Walk-In Interview in Singapore – 11 April (Friday) Job Location: Assigned after selection Salary Package: Basic SGD 1,701 + Meal Allowance SGD 125 + Overtime Working Days & Hours: 5 Days, 44 Hours/Week Job Requirements SPM & Diploma | Open Race/Gender | 40 and below 1-2 years of housekeeping or room attendant experience (mandatory) Ability to communicate in English No visible tattoos Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as per hotel standards. Replenish in-room amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and coffee/tea supplies. Ensure the bathrooms are spotless, with all fixtures, mirrors, and floors cleaned and dried properly. Inspect and report any maintenance issues, such as faulty air conditioning, plumbing leaks, or broken furniture Follow established cleaning procedures and use the appropriate cleaning chemicals safely. 2. Public Area Cleaning & Upkeep Maintain cleanliness in hallways, corridors, elevators, and other assigned public spaces. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste following hotel and environmental guidelines. Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and properly stocked. 3. Guest Interaction & Requests Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to their housekeeping requests. Deliver extra amenities or room supplies requested by guests, such as extra towels or pillows. Handle guest belongings with care and ensure privacy and confidentiality. 4. Safety, Hygiene & Compliance Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including fire and emergency procedures. Adhere to the hotel’s policies for handling lost and found items and report them to the supervisor Maintain proper handling and storage of housekeeping equipment and chemicals. Report any unusual activity or security concerns immediately to the management. 5. Inventory & Supplies Management Ensure that housekeeping carts are well-stocked before starting each shift. Keep track of room inventory and inform the supervisor about any shortages in linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Properly store and return all equipment after use.
