Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director at Amove Resources Sdn Bhd. The role is located in Bandar Prai (Mukim 1A) and will involve tasks related to personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, diary management, administrative assistance, and clerical skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage the Group CEO schedule, appointments and meeting • Handle daily secretarial duties and assist Group CEO in carrying out required tasks • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and travel plants, ensuring all are handled efficiently • Prepare materials for meetings, agendas, reports and presentations • Handle confidential information and correspondence with professionalism and discretion • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all dealings with sensitive information and correspondence • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders • Exhibit professionalism, respect and discretion in all interactions • Assist in personal tasks and other ad-hoc duties Requirements • Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, economics, marketing or any related field • Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
