At IX Telecom, we’re not just looking for a Helpdesk Agent — we’re looking for a customer service wizard, a ticket-slaying champion, and an all-around tech-savvy superstar (or aspiring one)!
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Quest)
- Be the Frontliner – Answer calls, chats, and emails like a pro. First impressions? You nail them.
- First-Aid for Tech – Perform basic troubleshooting. Not an engineer? No worries — just know your way around a few tech hiccups.
- Ticket Master – Log issues into our system like a data-entry ninja.
- The Connector – Work closely with our NOC analysts and other teams to solve stuff fast.
- Documentation Sorcerer – Record every move (well, every step you take to fix things).
- Non-Tech Know-it-All – Handle account info and service inquiries like a boss.
- Lifelong Learner – Stay updated on services, tools, and memes (ok, maybe not memes).
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
- Diploma in IT (or anything similar that makes sense)
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English – You’re basically bilingual magic.
- Strong Comms & People Skills – You vibe well with both humans and helpdesk systems.
- Multitasking Mojo – You can handle more than just one tab open (we mean literally and figuratively).
- (Bonus!) Experience in customer service or technical support
- (Bonus!) Know a bit about network stuff like routers, modems, and IPs? Even better.
