- Administrative Tasks:
- Data Entry: Inputting and updating information into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Filing and Record Keeping: Maintaining organized physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Correspondence: Drafting, typing, and distributing memos, emails, and other correspondence.
- Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Mail Handling: Sorting, distributing, and sending mail.
- Document Management: Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and preparing documents.
- Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, providing information, and directing calls.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned .
