  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Data Entry: Inputting and updating information into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Filing and Record Keeping: Maintaining organized physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Correspondence: Drafting, typing, and distributing memos, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Mail Handling: Sorting, distributing, and sending mail.
  • Document Management: Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and preparing documents.
  • Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, providing information, and directing calls.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned .

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
