- Team Coordination: Collaborating with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards. Must have team leadership by train, mentor, and supervise the reservations team. Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure smooth operations. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Revenue Optimization: Monitoring and adjusting pricing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue, staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Social Media Inquiries: Handle guest inquiries and booking requests via social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Ensure timely responses and engagement to enhance guest experience and online presence.
- Guest Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- 4. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed revenue and reservation reports, forecasting occupancy and revenue. Analyze booking patterns and market data to identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
