Application Support Specialist
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any other relevant qualification.
· Min 2 years’ experience working under application development or application support
· Knowledge with Linux commands and shell scripting and have working experience with database such as MS-SQL or Oracle or Postgres DB will be an advantage.
· Highly self-motivated, dedicated, proactive and versatile. 24X7 commitment is needed
· Good interpersonal skills, coordination skills and good problem solving & analytical skills.
· Self-motivated, ability to adapt to change in fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and embrace new technology
· Knowledge of the payment ecosystem is a plus.
Application Support & Monitoring:
- Provide primary support for payment system applications
- Aggressively respond to service requests
- Manage and coordinate the SIT and UAT with technical, testing team and PayNet in according to the testing strategy.
- Follow-up on findings, keeping track of the issues and rectification, audit and compliances and ensure actions are taken & implemented as required.
- Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, working to provide solutions quickly.
- Maintain technical documentation.
Incident & Problem Management:
- Liaise with respective team and vendor to ensure incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Participate and ensure RCA (root cause analysis) activities on customer impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned/ completed.
- Provide expertise and support during critical incidents, interfacing with all impacted groups to better manage the message.

Pay: RM3,238.38 - RM5,000.00 per month
