Position: Operation Assistant (ePension HK Support)
Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable based on job performance)
Location: Menara AIA
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and processing of records.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist to handle daily operations and processes applications and transactions to ensure that all service levels are delivered according to the procedure.
- Any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide general administration and support to the Operations department.
Requirements:
- SPM holders with no experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed and meticulous.
- Must follow Malaysia's PH.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel are required.
- Open to working overtime (OT) when required.
Shift Allowance:
1pm to 10pm = RM 25/day
9pm to 6am = RM 35/day
Working Hours:
Shift 1: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday) - No shift allowance
Shift 2: 1pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday), Off on Saturday - RM 25/day (Priority)
Shift 3: 9pm - 6am (Monday to Friday), Off on Saturday - RM 35/day (This shift will start once the team is stable)
Remarks:
- Based on the table above, our priority is shift 2.
- The shift is based on rotation basis, weekly or monthly basis (as a start, shift rotation is based on shift 1 and 2 first).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
