Job Description:

Work Location: Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to event and exhibition planning
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
- Prepare documents, reports, and materials for event coordination
- Help manage databases, registration lists, and event-related records
- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and participants when needed
- Support onsite event operations including setup, registration, and logistics
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SPM / STPM
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel for outstation / event assignments if required
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in English, BM, and Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
