Job Description:

Work Location: Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: Competitive monthly salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to event and exhibition planning
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
  • Prepare documents, reports, and materials for event coordination
  • Help manage databases, registration lists, and event-related records
  • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and participants when needed
  • Support onsite event operations including setup, registration, and logistics
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / STPM
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to travel for outstation / event assignments if required
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in English, BM, and Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
