  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a young and vibrant candidate who is eagar to learn and have the ambition to be groomed to eventually take on senior management role at our Company.
  • The candidate should have a big picture view on business operation, while still being able to be detailed to identify issues, coordinate and oversee our organisation's operations.
  • You will work closely with management and be involved from handling of customers, planning, coordinating, and executing ideas.
  • You will oversee the operational aspects, including logistics, working with vendors and our staff/part-timers, sourcing/preparation of kiosk, and on-site coordination/execution. The ideal candidate should ideally like working with people and good problem-solving skills .

Responsibilities:

  • Develop event timelines, action plans, budgets and liaise with suppliers.
  • Coordinate event logistics and coordination of manpower.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Sales and maintaining customer relations including problem solving and custoemr retention.
  • Procurement and other responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Have good initiative and ability to think ahead potential issues.
  • Willing to roll down sleeve to work on issues while having leadership to direct part-timers / staff to achieve overall success.
  • Passionate about food in general is a must-have.
  • Willingness to learn and adopting growth/problem solving mindset is very important to succeeding in this job.
  • Flexible to customer needs and requests.
  • Team player with good relations with colleagues.

Singapore Class 3 licensed highly preferred

Working Hours and Others

  • Office/Factory is at Singapore, Sembawang.
  • Probation for 3 months. Conversion to full time staff, and pay revision if suitable.
  • Monday to Friday 7am-1pm, Saturday morning (max 44 hours) - flexi
  • Company able to include simple lodging and assist for work permit application

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
