Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, prepare offer letters, and conduct orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support disciplinary processes and grievance handling in accordance with Malaysian labor laws.

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the Finance or Payroll team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
  • Handle leave, medical, and attendance records.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, registration, and feedback collection.
  • Support HRDF claims and manage training records.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other local regulations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for audits or government submissions (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act, EPF/SOCSO, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRDF (HRD Corp) and payroll software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
