Our client is a well established company with their office located in Bangsar area.
Responsibilities
- Plan & arrange extensive travel & accommodation (including overseas i.e. Europe) when required from scratch independently.
- Conduct research on behalf, perform personal shopping & run errands independently.
- Oversee household operations (driver, maids, grocery, etc).
- Assist the Director in handling residential/commercial property construction/renovation work.
- Assist the Director in managing private events (personal parties/gathering) to ensure everything in place & handling Private Jet Charter arrangement as necessary.
- Conduct research, follow up on incoming issues, handle matters expeditiously and follow through on tasks to successful completion.
- Provide high level confidential support to all Director’s personal & business matters by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
- Proactively manage & coordinate Director’s electronic diary by prioritizing and arranging appointments & relocation as necessary.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder with relevant working experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant, and a solid background in Personal Support tasks (household management & running personal errands for employer).
- Experienced in handling property renovation work & planning personal event (NOT company event).
- High common sense and able to make good judgement and recommend more effective ways to run the Director’s office and swiftly troubleshoot issues.
- Highly sensitive and attention to details, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Possess a wide range of personal support experience other than just normal administrative experience.
- Proficient in both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well versed in Microsoft: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley when handling personal errands.
- Flexible to stay back or standby for call 24 hours during weekend for occasional support needed from the Director.
- At ease around pets and has no allergies/sensitivities to dogs or cats (when managing household affairs).
- Permanent vacancy based in Bangsar area.
