Job Scope
You will assist customers after sales, helping them set up and troubleshoot basic IT, network, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers after product purchase (remote or on-site if needed).
- Assist customers with:
- Network Sharing Setup (shared folders/devices)
- Printer Sharing & Network Printer Setup
- Installing Printers (USB, LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Checking & Configuring IP Addresses
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity and device setup issues.
- Guide customers in using products correctly (routers, printers, switches, etc.).
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic IT knowledge and hands-on skills.
- Knows how to:
- Set up network sharing
- Set up and share network printers
- Add printers (USB & network)
- Check and configure IP address
- Able to explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new products and systems.
Added Advantages (Preferred but not required):
- Experience in supporting CCTV, alarm systems, NAS, routers.
- Able to troubleshoot Windows OS issues.
- Possess own transport (for occasional on-site support).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
