  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Scope

You will assist customers after sales, helping them set up and troubleshoot basic IT, network, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers after product purchase (remote or on-site if needed).
  • Assist customers with:
  • Network Sharing Setup (shared folders/devices)
  • Printer Sharing & Network Printer Setup
  • Installing Printers (USB, LAN, Wi-Fi)
  • Checking & Configuring IP Addresses
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity and device setup issues.
  • Guide customers in using products correctly (routers, printers, switches, etc.).
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic IT knowledge and hands-on skills.
  • Knows how to:
  • Set up network sharing
  • Set up and share network printers
  • Add printers (USB & network)
  • Check and configure IP address
  • Able to explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new products and systems.

Added Advantages (Preferred but not required):

  • Experience in supporting CCTV, alarm systems, NAS, routers.
  • Able to troubleshoot Windows OS issues.
  • Possess own transport (for occasional on-site support).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
