- Maintain employee records (attendance, employee personal files etc.)
- Perform and provide support in the day to day general HR & administration - recruitment, interview & selection
- Prepare the monthly payroll reports.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities on company’s HR matters such as Labor office, KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN.
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
- Assist in carry out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees
- Coordinate and assist in new-joinee inductions, orientations, reference checks and pre-employment formalities
- Coordinate with various departments and sections for relevant HR or administrative tasks
- Assist in personal data management, leave management, overtime claims, poor attendance, MC verification and other relevant tasks
- Provide support in HR administrative support including document preparation & processing and data compilation, recording & reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
