Education / Experience Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field like Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering (Civil Engineering)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- Experience in maintenance and all facets of facility operation. Solid computer and systems knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
