IT Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare laptops and essential IT tools for new onboarding staff, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization's digital environment.
- Coordinate the setup of monitors for Vice Presidents or Chiefs who may require specialized configurations for enhanced productivity.
- Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Manage and troubleshoot the organization's network to ensure the secure and seamless connectivity for all users and devices.
- Collaborate with the development team to support and optimize software applications, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Coordinate the procurement of IT hardware and oversee maintenance to ensure all equipment operates effectively and is up to date.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Implement data management strategies and regular backup procedures to safeguard critical information and ensure business continuity.
- Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide strategic technological solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures for future reference and audit purposes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management and administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
