Recruitment and Hiring:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee performance issues and disciplinary actions.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Other Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Specific to Putrajaya:
- Understand the local labor laws and regulations relevant to Putrajaya.
- Be aware of the cultural nuances and sensitivities of the Putrajaya workforce.
- Be able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
- Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
