Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee performance issues and disciplinary actions.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

Specific to Putrajaya:

  • Understand the local labor laws and regulations relevant to Putrajaya.
  • Be aware of the cultural nuances and sensitivities of the Putrajaya workforce.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
