  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure the optimal functioning of production equipment.
  • Perform repairs on electrical, water, and mechanical systems, including part replacements and general maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution and repair tracking.
  • Assist in equipment testing, commissioning, and periodic performance validation.
  • Maintain fire safety and electromechanical systems according to scheduled maintenance requirements.
  • Run regular generator operation tests to ensure emergency readiness.
  • Implement and document maintenance activities based on the annual maintenance plan.
  • Develop and update operating procedures and maintenance guidelines for equipment.
  • Suggest technical improvements and support continuous equipment enhancement initiatives.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including procurement, inspection, and monthly stocktaking.
  • Analyze equipment faults, recommend corrective actions, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Support planning and scheduling of yearly maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Communicate with vendors for equipment-related services, procurement, and technical matters.
  • Respond to urgent issues and unexpected operational incidents as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support departmental goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or facility management.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Able to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and SOPs
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards
  • Experience using basic tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit to perform hands-on technical work
