  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: "1. Machine Operation" • Operate sheet metal bending machines, such as press brake, folding machine, roll benders and tube bending to shape metal sheets according to specifications. • Setup and adjust machine settings (e.g. bend angles, pressure and tooling) to achieve desired results. • Program CNC-controlled bending machines using CAD/CAM software or manual input. 2. Material preparation : • Select and prepare sheet metal materials (e.g. steel, aluminium, stainless steel) for bending. • Inspect raw materials for defect or inconsistencies before processing. 3. Quality Control : • Measure and inspect finished products using tools like calipers, micrometers and protractors to ensure they meet design specification. • Identify and correct any defects or errors in the bending process. 4. Tooling and Maintenance : • Install, adjust and replace bending tools and dies as needed. • Perform routine maintenance on bending machines to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or technical issues. 5. Blueprint Interpretation : • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprint and work orders to determine bending requirement. • Follow detailed instruction to achieve precise dimensions and tolerances. 6. Safety Compliance : • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean, organized work area. 7. Documentation : • Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities, dimensions and any issues encountered. • Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortage to supervisors. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certificate in sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining or a related field is preferred. • 2-3 years of sheet metal fabrication, bending or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with different types of sheet metal (e.g. steel, aluminium) and their properties. • Proficiency in operating sheet metal bending machines (e.g. press brakes, folding machine, tube bending machine). • Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM software is a plus. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and geometric dimensions. • Ability to trouble and resolve technical or mechanical issues. • Relevant certifications in sheet metal fabrication or CNC machining are an advantage
