Job Description
- Provide support to Field Sales on Customers' inquiries, quotation generating and pre-order stage communications.
- Handle customer inquiry & provide basic technical advice or solution (having technical knowledge is an added advantage).
- Proactively and creatively generate leads through cold calls and/or market trend analysis.
- Cross selling and upselling of Essentra products
- Follow up on all opportunities quoted to customers through the CRM system
- Support marketing efforts to organize and execute leads follow-ups, while building strong working relationship to promote Essentra’s brand.
- Update vendor registration forms and compliance reports.
- Provide additional support to Customer Service team when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
- Fresh graduates from engineering backgrounds who are eager to transition into a commercial role are welcome to apply.
- Outspoken with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, agile, willing to go the extra mile with a can-do attitude.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, BM and Mandarin.
- Experience in OEM, Export and Import market is an added advantage
- Experience in tele-sales is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, D365 CE, and CRM system
