Job Description

  • Provide support to Field Sales on Customers' inquiries, quotation generating and pre-order stage communications.
  • Handle customer inquiry & provide basic technical advice or solution (having technical knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Proactively and creatively generate leads through cold calls and/or market trend analysis.
  • Cross selling and upselling of Essentra products
  • Follow up on all opportunities quoted to customers through the CRM system
  • Support marketing efforts to organize and execute leads follow-ups, while building strong working relationship to promote Essentra’s brand.
  • Update vendor registration forms and compliance reports.
  • Provide additional support to Customer Service team when necessary.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
  • Fresh graduates from engineering backgrounds who are eager to transition into a commercial role are welcome to apply.
  • Outspoken with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful, agile, willing to go the extra mile with a can-do attitude.
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, BM and Mandarin.
  • Experience in OEM, Export and Import market is an added advantage
  • Experience in tele-sales is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, D365 CE, and CRM system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
