Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Report directly to COO & Head of Department
- Organize & manage department affairs (e.g. monthly sales meeting, prepare minutes of meeting, cascade relevant information to the team members)
- Provide weekly report for Debtors, Stock Inventory and etc.
- Prepare relevant sales report for Sales Review, Sales Budget and etc.
- Handle department day-to-day administrative tasks, such as issuing purchase requisition, PI, indent order, quotation and others
- Assist the sales team in the daily operations (e.g. follow up with customers on collection, highlight inventory level and handle “ to-do task/ deadline” for the department)
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Have experience with SAP software, preparing reports by using Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience.
