Collaboration: • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other machinists to resolve technical issues. • Communicate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines. 7. Documentation : • Maintain detailed records of production check sheet, PM records, toolife records. • Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortage to supervisors. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in CNC machining is preferred. • 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role • Strong understanding of machining principles, tools, and materials • Proficiency in operating CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, turning) • Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and CAM software. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric tolerances. • Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed. • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. • Relevant certifications in sheet metal fabrication and weldment are an advantage
