Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies which aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Develop and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to senior management or director. Lead day-to-day HR operational duties for the company. Oversee recruitment activities including job posting, screening, shortlisting, arranging interview to coordination of job offers. Identify learning needs for designated business units and individual training plan. Skill competency frameworks. Provide counseling to employees on disciplinary matters such as misconduct, absenteeism, breach of contract etc. Facilitate, monitor and track performance management activities. Review performance management processes for adherence to company policies and guidelines. Prepare all documentations related to new applications, submission and upon arrival. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies. Prepare HR reports and presentations for management. Oversee the office administration and facility management. Ad hoc duties as assigned.
