1. Customer Service:

  • Greet every customer warmly and provide a friendly, personalized experience.
  • Offer recommendations based on our menu, including flavor combinations, specials, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.

2. Order Management:

  • Take and process orders accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Serve ice cream, beverages, and other menu items following brand standards for presentation and portion sizes.
  • Ensure timely service to avoid long customer wait times.

3. Shop Maintenance:

  • Keep the front area, seating, and counters clean and organized at all times.
  • Restock serving supplies, napkins, and inventory as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, including cleaning equipment and workstations.

4. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to create a positive and productive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen or back-of-house team regarding customer requests or special orders.

5. Brand Ambassador:

  • Represent Krem Tarik’s values and mission with pride.
  • Participate in promotional events and contribute to marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
