1. Customer Service:

2. Order Management:
- Take and process orders accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve ice cream, beverages, and other menu items following brand standards for presentation and portion sizes.
- Ensure timely service to avoid long customer wait times.
3. Shop Maintenance:
- Keep the front area, seating, and counters clean and organized at all times.
- Restock serving supplies, napkins, and inventory as needed.
- Assist in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to create a positive and productive environment.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen or back-of-house team regarding customer requests or special orders.
5. Brand Ambassador:
- Represent Krem Tarik’s values and mission with pride.
- Participate in promotional events and contribute to marketing efforts as needed.
Requirements:

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
