Job Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the e-commerce, fintech, digital payments, or related industries. - Proven experience in setting up entities overseas and managing cross-border financial operations. - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is preferred. - Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for BM, English and Mandarin. - Strong knowledge of corporate finance, tax planning, cash flow management, and international financial regulations. - Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail. - Willing to relocate or be based in Sitiawan, Perak HQ, and open to travel as required. - Growth mindset, open to learning, and ready to handle new challenges as the company expands.
