Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
  • Conceptualizing and creating engaging video content tailored for specific social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Developing creative ideas and storyboards for video content that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Planning and executing video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio equipment, and camera angles.
  • Capturing high-quality footage according to the creative vision and technical requirements.
  • Directing talent and ensuring a smooth filming process.
  • Manage various online community platforms and social media on a daily basis.
  • Strategize, plan and create content to post on social media to engage the online community and increase traction on the various platforms.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Explore new functions of the platforms and propose new engagement posts accordingly.
  • Monitor campaign results, compile learnings and modify plans to further enhance the campaign result and achieve the campaign's KPI (e.g. contingency plan).
  • Monitor competitor’s Social Media activities, results and provide adequate analysis.
  • Plan, request and utilize online & offline budgets.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
  • Previous work experience managing social media platforms and content creation is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in BM & English is a must have (proficiency in an additional language is a plus point).
  • Excellent understanding of local communities.

  • Strong project management and executional abilities.
  • Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design.
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven.
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
