  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues.
  • Support software installations, system updates, and driver configurations.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory records.
  • Provide hands-on support for staff encountering hardware-related issues.
  • Assist with workstation setup for new employees (including cable management and network setup).
  • Document setup procedures, troubleshooting steps, and common issues.
  • Support the IT team in ad hoc tasks and system maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong interest in IT hardware and technical support.
  • Basic understanding of computer components, Windows OS, and printers.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to follow instructions.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physically able to handle and set up IT equipment.
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
