Accounting and HR Specialist
- Accounts Responsibilities:
Oversee full set of accounts, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
Manage monthly cash flow reports, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
Maintain and update all personnel records regularly
Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and cash flows, to report to senior management
- HR Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll and EPF submissions.
Maintain all employee records regarding payroll, vacation requests, overtime, and other modifications to salaries
Issue appointment, confirmation, and contract of employment letters.
Post job ads, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and hire candidates
Update leave and attendance records.
Monitor hours worked for part time staffs and student employees
Prepare and disseminate salary slip and training materials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- accounting and HR: 2 years (Required)

- English (Required)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
