  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Specialist to help with troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining our Dynamics 365 system. You’ll be responsible for assisting users, resolving issues, and ensuring the system runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.
  • Assist with system updates and configurations.
  • Train and guide users on how to use Dynamics 365 effectively.
  • Document solutions and processes for future reference.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 configurations and customization.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
