As an Administration Intern, you will work closely with our administrative team to support various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. General Administrative and Customer Service Support:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.

- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.

2. Data Management:

- Assist in managing and organizing company data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Conduct data entry and verification tasks to maintain up-to-date and reliable information.

- Help with data analysis and reporting by compiling and organizing relevant information.

3. Document Control:

- Assist in maintaining and updating company policies, procedures, and manuals.

- Support the document control process by ensuring proper document version control and distribution.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize relevant documentation.

4. Office Operations:

- Support the smooth operation of the office by addressing routine inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and attendee coordination.

- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM750.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
