Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, display, social media, and affiliate).
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and content, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • SEO and SEM Strategies: Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic to our platforms.
  • User Acquisition: Focus on increasing user acquisition and retention through targeted marketing efforts and A/B testing.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other performance marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
