Housekeeping Attendant

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to support the daily cleanliness and upkeep of our hospitality accommodations. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will help ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. • Ensure timely room turnover aligned with guest check-in/check-out schedules. • Change bed linens, replenish room amenities, and replace used towels and toiletries. • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust guest rooms, maintaining high cleanliness standards. • Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively to ensure top-quality results. • Carry out laundry duties including collection, washing, drying, folding, and delivery as needed. • Promptly report maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor. • Follow all housekeeping procedures and adhere to safety guidelines. • Maintain guest privacy and handle all belongings with care and confidentiality. • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and respond promptly to special requests. Requirements: 1. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong attention to detail and good time management. 4. Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. 5. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. 6. Basic understanding of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety procedures.
