Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
- Contribute to various leadership development topics, including agreed OHI measures to further empower leadership
- Be an integral part of our competency and skill management project, focusing on the assessment and implementation of SAP’s "Job Profile Builder" and "Talent Intelligence Hub". Currently, we are in the feasibility study phase
- Assist in the execution of our Leadership Programs (Essentials of Leadership & Advanced Leadership Program) to cultivate leaders on different seniority levels
- Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, such as the Diversity Ambassador Community and other related activities
- Engage in overarching topics like succession planning and OHI follow-up survey to ensure continuous improvement and organizational growth
- Gain valuable insights into all aspects of People Development, including Performance Management Processes, Leadership & Talent Programs, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Human Rights etc.
- Studies in Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or comparable
- Experience in people development, training and learning
- Conceptual strength and structured working style
- SuccessFactors affinity and analytical skills
- High motivation and hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English
