Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop a comprehensive training calendar.

* Organize and manage new staff orientation programs.

* Oversee the delivery of training programs (in-person and e-learning) and evaluate their effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.

* Manage training budgets, monitor HRDC utilization, and ensure compliance with training claims procedures.

* Generate reports on training outcomes, effectiveness, and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

* Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.

* Manage staff engagement initiatives and monthly activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

* Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions, and implement improvements based on insights.

* Serve as an active member of the Health & Safety Committee.

* Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, staff performance management, and policy implementation.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience in training and development, as well as HR management.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.

* Availability to start on short notice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
