
Sales Support Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in producing tenders, maintaining a tender library, and providing exceptional services to meet our customers' needs. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure the smooth execution of our sales processes, and be responsible for producing final bid documents to meet tender deadlines.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate with a high proficiency in MS software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral
- Excellent telephone manner
- Advantages to experienced candidates in procurement with government and previous experience in providing administrative support in a sales and marketing or commercial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of final bid documents and arrange for their delivery to customers, predominantly government organizations, within defined tender deadlines
- Ensure tender/quotation documentation is formatted, collated, and presented professionally
- Monitor tender/quotation progress and provide weekly status/exception reports as required
- Handle sales enquiries, process new orders, and work closely with the Sales Team to provide information such as stock availability, prices, and delivery dates
- Update customer databases and maintain records
- Support logistics administrative tasks such as coordinating the shipping and delivery of products, tracking inventory levels, and managing documentation related to shipping and receiving.
