Job Description:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Place orders for new stock as needed and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide accurate information about items.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure the store is well-organized, with products displayed neatly and accessibly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, sales, and inventory adjustments.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and sales trends as required.
  • Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in inventory management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
