  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking to fill a full-time position in our BIM department. You will be

implementing BIM technology to assist in the construction coordination process. This position will give you the chance to work on some of the top construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. If you are

pursuing a Diploma in Architecture, Construction or Engineering as well as possessing strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and enjoy working with in a fast paced innovative environment apply for this career opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

As a BIM Modeler with NRY Architects you will be working in a fast paced environment driving exceptional quality and service for major residential, commercial, education and retail projects. Specific Responsibilities will include:

> Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked

> Report to the manager/architects in charge and perform work task assigned

> Able to produce LOD 100-LOD 300 model

> Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Architects if there is any changes

> Liaise with architects

> Input finishing with more details (if any)

> Monitor/checking if there is any crashing/discrepencies

> Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.

> Produce shop drawings/models as per detail given by engineer/manager

> Able to produce revised shop drawing/models within one week upon receiving commented drawing.

> In-depth working knowledge of Revit and BIM enabling applications

> Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing

> Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing

Job Specification

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

- Diploma in Architecture – Min 2-3 years experience in related field

- Able to use Microsoft Office (Basic)

- Proficient in Autocad

- Work independently

- Preferably Malaysian

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
