Job Responsibility

  • To reply to tenant complaints/requests on WhatsApp (pm or Group message).
  • To ensure all complaints are resolved within predetermined deadline
  • To support accommodation tour when arranged by superior, with commission rewards for successful booking.
  • To do tasks arranged by superior.

Job Requirement

  • SPM holders with minimum 5 credits.
  • Candidate has to be a fast learner
  • Responsive on messages and responsible
  • Possess problem solving ability
  • Ready to attend and able to resolve clients problem independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
