Job Responsibility
- To reply to tenant complaints/requests on WhatsApp (pm or Group message).
- To ensure all complaints are resolved within predetermined deadline
- To support accommodation tour when arranged by superior, with commission rewards for successful booking.
- To do tasks arranged by superior.
Job Requirement
- SPM holders with minimum 5 credits.
- Candidate has to be a fast learner
- Responsive on messages and responsible
- Possess problem solving ability
- Ready to attend and able to resolve clients problem independently
