
Social Media Marketing Executive
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media campaigns, collaborating with partners, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Write clear, attractive copy that aligns with the brand voice.
- Work closely with designers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and content.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align social strategies with overall goals.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to foster community and build relationships.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).
- Generate regular reports and insights to improve future content and strategies.
Trend Monitoring & Research
- Stay up to date with current trends, social media tools, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities for engagement and growth through trends and content innovation.
Brand & Partner Collaboration
- Initiate and maintain collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and strategic partners to expand reach and create value-driven campaigns.
- Coordinate joint content, giveaways, or campaigns that support mutual brand objectives.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with attention to tone and brand consistency.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Must possess own transport (car or bike) for content shoots or event coverage.
- Willing to work flexible hours if needed, including weekends for event-related content.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
